Market: France · Boulanger (sold and shipped by Boulanger) · prices in euros. Checked on October 31, 2026: the white Dreame X50 Ultra Complete is €599 instead of €999, in stock. Dreame's own French store lists the exact same €599 as part of its early Black Friday sale.
Buy now or wait for Black Friday?
That is the only real question with a deal this early, so let's start there. Black Friday has, in practice, already arrived for this robot. Here is the price history we could verify:
- Until the morning of October 30, 2026, Boulanger was still charging €999. That is the "previous price" on the listing, and under French rules it must be the lowest price of the past 30 days.
- September 30, 2026: €692 at Amazon. That was the lowest price in Labo Maison's 42 days of tracking across about ten French shops.
- Today: €599 at Boulanger and on Dreame's official store, a new low in that tracking and €93 under the previous record.
When the brand's own store and a major retailer land on the same price at the same time, it is usually the price for the whole event. We would not bet on a lower one on November 27. And if the price does drop again while your order is still within its return window, you can return it.
What €599 gets you
The X50 Ultra was Dreame's flagship in early 2025. Its party trick is ProLeap: the robot lifts itself on two legs to climb thresholds that stop most robot vacuums.
| Spec | Dreame X50 Ultra Complete |
|---|---|
| Suction | 20,000 Pa |
| Thresholds | ProLeap climbs thresholds up to 6 cm |
| Mopping | Dual rotating mops that lift on carpet; the station washes them at 80°C and dries them with hot air |
| Navigation | LiDAR plus 3D obstacle recognition (about 200 object types) |
| Robot height | 8.8 cm, so it gets under most sofas |
| Runtime / charging | Up to 2h30 / about 4h30 |
| Capacities | 395 mL robot bin, 200 mL robot water tank, 3.2 L dust bag in the station |
| Noise | 76 dB (Boulanger figure) |
| Independent test | 4.4/5 from Labo Maison |
Dreame's Black Friday lineup, side by side
Dreame has cut prices on most of its range at once, so the most useful comparison is with its own siblings. All prices below are from Dreame's French store today.
| Model | Price | What it does differently | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| X50 Ultra Complete (Boulanger) | €599 | ProLeap climbing up to 6 cm, 8.8 cm low profile | Homes with thresholds and low furniture |
| Dreame Matrix10 Ultra | €649 | Station that swaps between several mop pad types automatically | Mixed floors where you want different mops for kitchen and wood |
| Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete | €649 | Roller mop that is rinsed continuously while it cleans | Mostly hard floors, frequent spills, pets |
| Dreame L50 Ultra AE | €459 | Simpler all-in-one station, no leg-assisted climbing | Flat apartments on a tighter budget |
Our take: if your floors are flat, the L50 Ultra AE saves you €140. If you have a raised doorway, a rug edge or a bathroom step, the X50's climbing is worth more than the Matrix10's mop swapping, and it costs €50 less.
Home Assistant and privacy
Good news for us: the X50 Ultra Complete is supported by the community Tasshack dreame-vacuum integration, which you install through HACS. Support for the r2532 model family was added during the v2.0 betas, and the current stable release includes it. You get the robot, per-room cleaning, station sensors, consumable counters and a live map camera. The integration logs in with your Dreamehome account, so it is still cloud-dependent. On a Raspberry Pi with little RAM, turn on the low-resolution map option.
If you'd rather keep the robot off the cloud entirely, read our guide to robot vacuum privacy and the five levels of local control first. Today the X50 sits at the "cloud integration" level, not at the fully local Valetudo level. New to HACS? Our Home Assistant 2026 guide walks you through it.
Who it's for, and who should skip it
Buy it if you live somewhere with old French thresholds, a split-level living room or a shower step, if you want hands-off mopping with hot-water washing, and if you're fine with a cloud-linked Home Assistant setup.
Skip it if you want a 100% local robot (look at Valetudo-compatible models), if you hate buying dust bags, or if your home is flat and small: the L50 Ultra AE does the job for less.
