Meta launches Muse AI for small businesses — an agent that already knows your page and ads

On September 29, Meta launched Muse for Small Business, a workplace-oriented version of its personal Muse agent. The tool aims to automate repetitive small-business tasks and connect their tools, reports PYMNTS.

An agent, not a chatbot

Unlike a chatbot, Muse for Small Business is an agentic tool that can act on the owner's behalf: it already knows their Facebook page, ads and accounts. Meta says it serves 200 million business owners across its platforms.

Connectors for Instagram, Facebook and Canva

Muse's connectors integrate Instagram, Facebook, Canva and dozens of third-party apps, turning scattered data into concrete actions. The consumer Muse, launched September 8, hit roughly 2.8 million downloads in its first two weeks, according to Sensor Tower.
