Durability pitch

HONOR is leaning hard on toughness: IP68, IP69 and IP69K, an SGS five-star all-round drop-resistance rating, and a claimed survival from drops up to 2.5 metres. KL Gadget Guy also relays vendor endurance claims of more than 21 hours of continuous social-video playback or over 15 hours of gaming, plus multi-point temperature monitoring for −30°C to 50°C operation — all vendor-stated.

Where to buy

HONOR Experience Stores, authorised partners, online channels and selected telcos. Launch offers cited include a bundle with a one-year extended warranty and an RM100 instant rebate (campaign terms apply), plus subsidised postpaid pricing on CelcomDigi, U Mobile, Maxis and Yes plans.

Rocks take

An 8,100mAh IP69K handset at RM1,299 is the practical story — not the AI button. Check real Turbo RAM behaviour and wet-hand LCD quality before you treat the brochure as a review.
