At IFA 2026 in Berlin, Govee unveiled a range of smart lighting products powered by AI Lighting Bot 2.0, which lets users create personalized lighting scenes from simple natural-language voice or text prompts.
No more manual tweaking
Instead of manually selecting colors, brightness levels and effects, users simply describe the atmosphere they want — "a warm light for movie night" — and the AI assistant composes the matching lighting.
AI moving into the home
The announcement reflects a broader trend at the show: artificial intelligence stepping out of chatbots and directly into everyday objects, from lighting to connected yard care.
