Tesla Model Y dominates France's EV sales

The Tesla Model Y confirms its spot as France's best-selling electric vehicle. According to figures relayed by Drive Tesla Canada, Tesla recorded 7,474 registrations in June 2026, up 105% year-over-year, as EVs reached 30% market share.

The Model Y, partly built at the Berlin Gigafactory, benefits from an attractive price and a mature charging network. Its dominance illustrates the momentum of the French market, driven by family electric SUVs.
