PUBG Mobile 4.6 lands September 9: Midnight Hunters theme and Ocean Odyssey returns

PUBG Mobile version 4.6 begins its global rollout on September 9, 2026, on both Android and iOS. The publisher had already shared its official announcement ahead of the launch.

The "Midnight Hunters" theme

The headline of this update is the Midnight Hunters experience, a vampire-and-hunter-inspired theme. Version 4.6 also brings Classic Mode changes, new events, rewards, cosmetics and other gameplay improvements. The Ocean Odyssey experience returns for a limited time during this cycle.

September 9 rollout schedule

• Google Play: phased rollout (30% at 7:00 AM, 50% at 9:30 AM, 100% at 3:30 PM);
• App Store: 100% by 3:30 PM;
• Galaxy Store and AppGallery: 100% at 9:30 AM;
• Official APK: live on the PUBG Mobile website at 12:30 PM IST.
