Moto Watch Ultra Brings Wear OS 6 Back

Motorola is back in the real Wear OS fight. At IFA 2026 it launched the Moto Watch Ultra: Wear OS 6, LTE eSIM, Polar’s health algorithms, and a bright 1.5-inch pOLED — a clear step up from the non–Wear OS Moto Watch that landed at CES.

That earlier Moto Watch was a basic band-class device with modest water resistance and no full smartwatch app ecosystem. The Ultra is a 46mm stainless smartwatch with Google Play apps, Google Wallet via NFC, Gemini on Wear, and Motorola’s Qira assistant synced across compatible Motorola and Lenovo gear.
